Will, a Partner and Co-Founder of White Marlin Capital Partners, brings a strong background in private equity, operations, and finance to the firm.
Over the last year, Will served as the Chief Operating Officer for Frost Law. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Ames Watson, where he led the investment team and participated in the acquisition and financial oversight of both control and minority investments. Before his time at Ames Watson,
Will was a Vice President with Severn Partners, where he was involved in various buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Will began his career in public accounting before spending six years in corporate accounting and finance at a middle-market company in Annapolis, Maryland. He holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Stevenson University.
Will and his wife have one daughter and reside in Crownsville, Maryland.
