Glen Frost is Co-Founder and Partner at White Marlin Capital Partners. He brings the legal, tax, and financial-structuring expertise that allows the firm to underwrite complex private-company transactions and contributes to deal sourcing through Frost Law’s national platform.

Glen is also the Founding Partner of Frost Law, a multi-disciplinary firm advising owners, families, family businesses, private equity and asset management stakeholders, and high-net-worth individuals on tax, business, estate, and litigation matters across the East Coast.

Glen holds a rare combination of credentials. As a licensed attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), he can underwrite and execute deals across the legal, tax, financial, and succession dimensions that define most private-company transactions.

Glen earned his J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law, along with a Certificate in Estate Planning. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Forensic Accounting from Stevenson University. He is admitted to the bar in Arizona, the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Federal Circuit, and numerous U.S. District Courts. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers (2023–2026), Super Lawyers (2024–2026), and Super Lawyers Maryland Rising Stars (2013–2023).
